Who We Are
The De Baca County Health Council is part of New Mexico’s statewide network of community councils, working with the Department of Health to bring local assessment, planning, and action directly to our community. We’re a volunteer group of neighbors, health professionals, and local leaders that work to make health and community resources easy to find and use across De Baca County.
Vision
A community where everyone has the support and information they need to live well.
Mission
Building strong partnerships with schools, clinics, nonprofits, government, and coordinate services that promote wellness.
Purpose
Serving as the go‑to table where agencies and residents connect, share data, and figure out exactly what De Baca County needs next.
